The company's storage base has obtained three certifications of green, star and zero carbon

Recently, the China Warehouse and Delivery Association uated the Green Digital Wisdom Development Demonstration Base in Shandong Electric Power Supply Chain Green Digital Wisdom Development Demonstration Base from the scale of warehouse scale, facilities and equipment, information intelligence, service function, and management level. Base "first -class green warehouse", five -star "star warehouse" and three -star "zero carbon warehouse" logo. This is the first material storage base to obtain three certifications at the same time.

The base is one of the construction results of the company's green modern digital intelligence supply chain. It covers an area of 98.6 acres, including functional areas such as inspection and distribution integrated bases, authorized procurement centers, supply chain operation centers, and marketing measurement professional warehouses. Based on the principles of green and digital wisdom, the base construction makes full use of the "Da Cloud Wisdom Chain" technology, integrates various types of storage resources and detection equipment. Typical characteristics such as green packaging cycle use, to realize the digitalization of the full element of the material business, the automation of the whole process, and the unmanned management of the whole scene.

At present, 47 digital employees, including disassembly rotor and intelligent inventory robots, are equipped with 47 digital employees, of which 18 robots are first applied in the field of power and energy. At the same time, the enterprise resource management system (ERP), professional warehouse management system (WMS), and intelligent warehousing management and control system platform (WCS) are realized in the warehouse. The overall operating efficiency of the chain is increased by 2.5 times. The quality inspection area is equipped with the only industrial CT and the largest energy storage short -circuit shock power supply. 234 parameters of material quality testing have been certified by the China Qualified uation of the National Appraisal Committee (CNAS). In addition, the base is equipped with a mobile multi -functional detection wiring robot, a fully automatic concrete electric pole detection robot, and equipped with a variety of integrated automatic detection instruments to create a high -precision, high efficiency, and high adaptability detection base.

The company will continue to deepen the construction of green modern digital intelligence supply chain, promote the intellectual upgrade of modern logistics systematic coefficients, build a "digital, automatic, and intelligent" warehouse, and fully ensure the construction of a strong power grid for digital intelligence.
